Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Last updated 6 May 2026 · Privacy

The short version. By using GoGlobe you agree to these Terms. We help you plan and book travel through industry partners. The actual flight or hotel contract is between you and the airline, hotel, or operator providing the service; their rules apply on top of ours. Don't break the law, don't abuse the service, and don't try to game our systems. If something goes wrong, our liability is capped — read sections 13 and 14 carefully.

1. Who you're agreeing with

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”) and GoGlobe Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in Ireland under company number 785708, with principal place of business at 46 The Flagsman, Marshall Yards, Dublin 3, D03 H2Y3, Ireland (“GoGlobe”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any GoGlobe API or widget, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility & account

3. The service

GoGlobe is a travel-planning service that lets you:

We may add, remove, or change features. We will give reasonable notice for material changes. Beta or experimental features may be withdrawn without notice.

4. Bookings & payments

4.1 We are an aggregator

When you book a flight, hotel, or other travel service, you are entering a contract with the underlying supplier — an airline, hotel chain, or operator — not with GoGlobe. Our role is to facilitate the booking through industry-standard travel-content and booking-aggregation technology partners. The supplier's own terms, fare rules, baggage policies, change policies, cancellation policies, and refund rules apply to that booking in addition to these Terms.

Where there is a conflict between a supplier's rules and our Terms with respect to your booking, the supplier's rules govern that booking.

4.2 Pricing & availability

Prices, taxes, fees, and availability are pulled from suppliers in real time and can change before you complete checkout. The final all-in price is displayed before payment. If a price proves to have been quoted in obvious error, we may decline or cancel the booking and refund any payment.

4.3 Payment processing

Card payments are processed by a regulated EU-licensed payment service provider. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number. By making a payment you also agree to the relevant payment provider's terms, presented at checkout.

4.4 Refunds, changes & cancellations

Refund, change, and cancellation rights are determined by the supplier's rules for the specific booking. We will facilitate any request you make and pass through any refund the supplier issues, but we cannot grant refunds the supplier doesn't authorise.

For our own subscription products (paid GoGlobe plans), you may cancel at any time. Subscriptions run to the end of the current billing cycle and don't auto-renew once cancelled. We don't refund unused time on a current cycle except where required by law.

4.5 Right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract with us within 14 days, without giving any reason, under Articles 9-16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (or the equivalent UK regulations).

Important exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply:

To exercise the right of withdrawal where it does apply (typically: a paid GoGlobe subscription within 14 days of starting it), write to us at the postal address in Section 21 with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. We will refund all payments received from you for that transaction, less any pro-rata charge for service already provided at your express request, within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

5. Subscriptions & merchant accounts

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity. We may report criminal activity to authorities.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, messages, trip plans, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant GoGlobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, back up, and (where required) process Your Content for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups already taken (which are purged on our normal backup-rotation schedule) and for booking records we are legally required to retain.

You confirm that you have the rights to upload everything you upload (e.g. you took the photo, or have permission to use it, and the people in it have not objected to its use).

We don't claim ownership of Your Content. We don't sell it. We don't use it to train third-party AI models.

8. Our content & intellectual property

GoGlobe, its logo, the Seol AI brand, the Eist Voice brand, the API, the dashboard, the widgets, and all underlying software, designs, and documentation are owned by GoGlobe or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you except the limited licence to use the service while you're a customer in good standing.

Map and routing data is provided under upstream open-data and commercial licences. Attribution requirements specified by those upstream providers apply where required by their licences.

9. Third-party services

Parts of GoGlobe rely on third-party services across categories such as edge security and CDN, payment processing, travel content and booking aggregation, email delivery, mapping, analytics, and human-verification. When you use those parts of the service, you also accept the terms of the relevant third party where presented to you. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those underlying third-party services.

Where the service displays US aviation data (NOTAMs, flight routes, surface events), the source is the U.S. SWIM Cloud Distribution Service operated by the U.S. Department of Transportation. That data has been pre-approved for public release and is provided as-is; we do not characterise it as official data of any agency, and we do not warrant its accuracy or timeliness. Your use of that data is subject to the additional restrictions in Section 6 and to the upstream Service Terms (available at portal.swim.faa.gov).

9A. Atlas firehose & aviation-intelligence widget — operational-use restrictions

The Atlas firehose widget, Atlas Pro intelligence layer, and associated APIs (the “Atlas Service”) surface live ADS-B aircraft positions, derived flight intelligence (route, phase of flight, operator risk score, sanctions indicators, country-risk tiers), and FAA-sourced operational data (NOTAMs, surface events, flight routes). The Atlas Service is provided strictly for the following purposes:

The Atlas Service is NOT certified for, and MUST NOT be used as input to, any of the following operational categories:

Sanctions, risk, and safety-record labels surfaced by the Atlas Service are derived from public open-data sources (OFAC SDN, OFSI UK, EU consolidated list, UN Security Council resolutions, NTSB CAROL, TSB Canada CADORS, UK AAIB, Aviation Safety Network, ACLED, GDELT, UCDP/PRIO, USGS, NASA FIRMS, FAA NOTAM, WHO, CDC) and are provided for informational purposes only. Such labels do not constitute legal advice, a travel recommendation, or any form of official endorsement. GoGlobe makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of upstream source data, and is not responsible for any decision made in reliance on it.

Subscribers redistributing or embedding the Atlas widget agree to acknowledge these limitations to their downstream users (including via terms of service, an in-product notice, or equivalent), and to ensure that downstream use remains within the non-operational categories enumerated above. Any use outside those categories may breach upstream data-licence agreements (including the FAA SCDS subscriber agreement) and is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

If your intended use case requires operational-grade data (with associated service-level guarantees, regulatory certification, or production tier SLAs), you must upgrade to an operational data tier (e.g. FAA NEMS or equivalent) before commercial deployment. Contact us via Section 21 to discuss.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages (suppliers, payment provider, network, mapping data), force majeure, and security responses can cause downtime. Beyond any service-level commitment expressly written into a paid plan, we don't owe credits or compensation for downtime.

11. Beta & experimental features

Features marked as “beta”, “preview”, “experimental”, or similar are provided as-is, with no warranty as to fitness or stability. They may be changed, withdrawn, or graduated to general availability at any time.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Account → Privacy.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms in a material way, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or reputational risk for us or our users. We may also wind down the service entirely on at least 60 days' notice.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, liability, indemnification, governing law, and any obligations to pay or indemnify — will survive.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or free from third-party interference. We don't warrant that travel information (prices, schedules, seat availability, hotel descriptions, place metadata) is accurate or current; you must verify anything that matters before relying on it.

Travel inherently carries risk. GoGlobe is not your travel insurer, your travel agent in the regulated sense, or the operator of any flight, hotel, or transport. We facilitate bookings; the suppliers operate them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

14. Limitation of liability

Subject to section 13 above and to any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, in respect of all claims combined in any twelve-month period, is limited to the greater of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or cost of substitute services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For amounts you paid directly to a travel supplier (airline, hotel, ground operator, etc.) through our checkout, our liability is limited to facilitating any refund the supplier authorises. We do not underwrite supplier solvency, schedule changes, schedule cancellations, denied boarding, downgrades, or any other risk borne by the supplier under its own terms or under applicable passenger-rights regulations.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes (and these limitations therefore do not apply to): (a) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (c) liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (d) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under your local consumer-protection law; or (e) your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold GoGlobe (and its directors, employees, and contractors) harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the service in breach of these Terms, (b) Your Content, (c) any infringement of third-party rights by you, or (d) any booking-related claim brought by a supplier as a result of your acts or omissions.

16. Sanctions, export controls & anti-bribery

You confirm that you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, any person, entity, or country subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or any other applicable authority. You will not use the service to facilitate any transaction with any sanctioned party, or to provide travel services to any destination prohibited by applicable sanctions.

You will comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering laws, including the EU Anti-Money-Laundering Directives, the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. You will not use the service to make or facilitate any improper payment.

We may suspend or terminate your account, refuse to process a booking, freeze pending payments, and cooperate with authorities where we have a reasonable suspicion of breach of this section. We may make any disclosure to authorities that is required or permitted by law.

17. Electronic communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including by email and through in-product messages — and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You can withdraw this consent for non-essential communications by writing to us at the postal address in Section 21; however, transactional and security communications are essential to operate the service and cannot be turned off without closing your account.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product and, where applicable, by email. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the service before the effective date.

19. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Each party agrees that the courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under your local consumer-protection law (which often gives consumers the option to bring proceedings in the country where they live).

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
